  • 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar Can substitute honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Arrowroot can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower florets and season with garlic powder and salt, then toss to coat.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Combine lemon juice, agave nectar, and black pepper in a saucepan over low heat to warm.
  6. Add a cornstarch slurry to the warm mixture and stir until thickened.
  7. Once roasted, pour the glazed mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  8. Serve warm on a platter, garnish with extra black pepper if desired.
