  • 1 can Coconut Milk Shake well before measuring.
  • 2 peppers Chili Peppers Adjust quantity to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil Use a dairy-free oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
For Garnish
  • Fresh Herbs Optional, can use dried herbs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat, add coconut milk, salt, and chili peppers. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In another skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, pat grouper fillets dry, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and opaque.
  3. Pour the coconut sauce over cooked grouper and warm together for a minute. Garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
