Preparation
- Preheat your oven to the broil setting. Arrange mini marshmallows on a lined baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Whisk until steaming but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add toasted marshmallows and marshmallow fluff. Whisk until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and almond extracts until well combined.
- Allow creamer to cool to room temperature, then pour into a mason jar and refrigerate.
