Ingredients
  

Cream Base
  • 2 cups Whole Milk can substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with coconut cream
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk increase for sweeter creamer or substitute with brown sugar
Flavor
  • 1 cup Toasted Marshmallows toast until golden brown
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff can use more for sweeter flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can substitute with hazelnut or caramel extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract optional or can swap with other flavors

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the broil setting. Arrange mini marshmallows on a lined baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Whisk until steaming but do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add toasted marshmallows and marshmallow fluff. Whisk until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts until well combined.
  5. Allow creamer to cool to room temperature, then pour into a mason jar and refrigerate.
