Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until fully browned.
  3. Stir in a packet of taco seasoning and ¾ cup of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a separate pan and fry each tortilla for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Warm 1 can of refried beans in the microwave for 1–2 minutes and spread over half of the fried tortillas.
