- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine one egg white with a splash of water. Whisk until frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and toss until coated.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over the coated pecans and toss to coat.
