- Wash and hull fresh strawberries, then blend them with lemon juice, lemon zest, the zero sugar honey substitute, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine additional Greek yogurt with a splash of lemon juice and your preferred low-carb sweetener. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
