Method
 

Bagel Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  3. Add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of chopped fresh spinach into the dry mixture and fold until a soft dough forms.
  4. Lightly flour your countertop and shape the dough into about 6-8 bagels.
  5. Transfer bagels to the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving warm.
