  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Add ¾ cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese and fold until evenly distributed.
  6. Portion the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
