Step-by-Step Instructions for Snowman Truffles
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and fine shredded coconut using a wooden spoon or hand mixer. Mix until the mixture becomes fluffy and sticky, about 2–3 minutes.
- Once thoroughly combined, shape a portion into a larger ball for the body and a smaller ball for the head. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut.
- Press the smaller ball on top of the larger one to form the snowman. Melt some vegan white chocolate to use as glue for securing the two balls.
- Decorate using black and orange icing for eyes, buttons, and noses.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each side for arms, then wrap red candy straps around their necks for scarves.
- Store any unconsumed truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day or in the fridge for about 1 week.
