Step-by-Step Instructions for Snowman Truffles
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and fine shredded coconut using a wooden spoon or hand mixer. Mix until the mixture becomes fluffy and sticky, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Once thoroughly combined, shape a portion into a larger ball for the body and a smaller ball for the head. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut.
  3. Press the smaller ball on top of the larger one to form the snowman. Melt some vegan white chocolate to use as glue for securing the two balls.
  4. Decorate using black and orange icing for eyes, buttons, and noses.
  5. Insert a pretzel stick into each side for arms, then wrap red candy straps around their necks for scarves.
  6. Store any unconsumed truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day or in the fridge for about 1 week.
