Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a gentle boil and then let it cool completely.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 ounce of cooled simple syrup. Add 2 ounces of Irish whiskey and a drop of green food coloring.
