Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Monte Cristo Roll-Ups
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls into a rectangular shape and pinch seams to create a single large rectangle.
  3. Spread approximately one teaspoon of raspberry preserves across each rectangle of dough.
  4. Lay two slices of provolone cheese over the raspberry preserves.
  5. Add a slice or two of ham on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll each rectangle tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the ends.
