Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the cooked, drained shrimp and crab meat, then stir in Dijon mustard and chopped fresh rosemary. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until heated through and fragrant.
- While your filling cools slightly, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Roll out your pre-made biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut out circles using a biscuit cutter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab filling onto each dough circle. Top with a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese, fold the dough over to create a pocket, sealing the edges gently.
- Place the assembled melts in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden-brown and the cheese is melted.
- Once baked to perfection, carefully remove the biscuit melts from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm.
