For the Garlic Cream Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Substitute with garlic powder in a pinch.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Swap for Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth can be used as a vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese Alternatively use a dairy-free cheese.
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Whole Wheat Wraps/Tortillas Opt for whole wheat for added fiber.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional garnish.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken strips seasoned with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheese until fully melted and incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  4. Lay a whole wheat wrap flat, add cooked chicken in the center, and drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
