- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken strips seasoned with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheese until fully melted and incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Lay a whole wheat wrap flat, add cooked chicken in the center, and drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
