- In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken stock, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and rice wine vinegar until well combined. Set aside.
- Place the bite-sized chicken pieces in a mixing bowl and sprinkle cornstarch over them. Toss until evenly coated.
