Method
 

Preparation
  1. Generously season your duck legs with salt and pepper. Wrap in plastic wrap or refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine citrus juice and zest over medium heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange duck legs in the basket, cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Peel and chop celeriac. Cook in salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Mash with garlic, butter, and salt.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add greens and sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. To serve, place celeriac mash on each plate, add a crispy duck leg, drizzle with glaze, and arrange greens.
