Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Mint Green Iced Tea
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 3 to 4 green tea bags and a handful of fresh mint sprigs to the hot water. Cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the tea bags and mint leaves, leaving you with a fragrant and concentrated tea.
  4. While the brewed tea is still warm, stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey until fully dissolved.
  5. Combine the brewed tea with 2 cups of cold water and 1 to 2 cups of ice in a large pitcher.
