Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the meat with spices and let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Caramelize sliced onions in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.

  4. Sear the marinated meat in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add pomegranate molasses and lemon juice, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in stock, bring to simmer, cover, and cook for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  7. Stir in freshly chopped parsley and mint before serving.
