Sorbet Preparation
- Wash and slice ripe peaches, discarding pits. Place peaches in food processor, sprinkle with sweetener, and add citrus juice.
- Blend the mixture until smooth for about 30-45 seconds, checking consistency. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to exceed the max fill line. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the lid from the container and secure it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
- Press the Sorbet button on Ninja Creami and let it run for 1-2 minutes. Check the consistency.
- If the sorbet is crumbly, reinsert into the machine, press Re-spin, and add a tablespoon of water if needed.
- Scoop into chilled bowls for serving or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
