- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of instant vanilla pudding mix until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of raspberry extract, and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract. Optionally, add food coloring.
- Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, seal, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Process in Ninja Creami using the Ice Cream setting for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and use the Re-spin function for smooth consistency.
