- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls in half horizontally without separating.
- Layer the deli ham slices evenly over the bottom buns.
- Add the quartered Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
- Place the top half of the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls over the cheese layer.
- Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the buns.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Cover with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
