Ingredients
  

For the Egg Rolls
  • 12 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup jalapeños finely chopped, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and green onions until well combined.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper, place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Remove egg rolls from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
