Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place 4 large eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to ice water for about 5 minutes to cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until dissolved.
  4. Peel the eggs and gently immerse in the marinade. Let soak for approximately 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  5. Refrigerate the marinating eggs for at least 4 hours or overnight for deeper flavor.
  6. Slice the marinated eggs in half and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
