Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shuck the fresh corn and rinse under cold water, then pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until smooth.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 400°F.
  4. Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove corn from grill, brush with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with toppings.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
