Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Fold in ¾ cup of mozzarella, ¼ cup of parmesan, drained crab meat, garlic powder, and chives until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese across the dip before baking.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives, cool slightly, and serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
