Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the chicken wings. Rub them with coarse salt, rinse under cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cleaned wings with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly toss the marinated wings in cornstarch until evenly coated and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C) and fry wings in small batches for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
