Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine olive oil, butter, onion flakes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and pizza dough into 1.5-inch pieces, then place in a large bowl.
- Pour the melted oil mixture over the dough pieces and toss until well-coated.
- Layer a third of the pepperoni slices and half of the grated Parmesan cheese at the bottom of the Bundt pan.
- Add half of the coated dough pieces over the first layer, followed by half of the remaining pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of marinara sauce with half of the mozzarella.
- Continue layering with the remaining dough pieces, pepperoni, Parmesan, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter and enjoy with extra marinara sauce.
