Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Mix in egg yolks and gradually add flour.
  2. Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven. Prick the crust and pre-bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  4. Beat eggs, sugar, honey, and vanilla for filling. Fold in shredded coconut and whipping cream.
  5. Spread dulce de leche in the cooled crust, pour filling over it, and bake for about 40 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool for 4 hours, then dust with icing sugar and add decorations.
