Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Place hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki into small serving bowls. Drizzle olive oil over each and garnish with herbs, paprika, or lemon juice.
  3. On a serving board, spread crumbled feta, Kalamata olives, and toasted pine nuts in separate mounds.
  4. Warm pita breads in a skillet or microwave, then arrange them on the board with dips and toppings.
