Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl until well blended.
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, pressing it in with a rolling pin.
- Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll again.
- Cut the pastry into strips about 1.5 to 2cm wide and then cut each strip into three equal pieces.
- Twist each piece into a plait and arrange them in a circular wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet.
- Shape leftover pastry into a bow to decorate the wreath and place it in the center.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown, keeping an eye on them as they bake.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
