- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Spread to the edges for an even layer.
- Microwave the Biscoff cookie butter for about 30 seconds until pourable. Drizzle over the batter.
- Gently swirl the cookie butter into the batter using a butter knife.
- Bake for 30-32 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in cookie butter and vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the frosting over the top, and optionally sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
