Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Spread to the edges for an even layer.
  4. Microwave the Biscoff cookie butter for about 30 seconds until pourable. Drizzle over the batter.
  5. Gently swirl the cookie butter into the batter using a butter knife.
  6. Bake for 30-32 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
  8. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in cookie butter and vanilla, then gradually add powdered sugar.
  9. Once the cake is cool, spread the frosting over the top, and optionally sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
