Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare a 10x7-inch baking dish, ensuring it's at least 2 inches deep and lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gently mix in the instant banana pudding and milk, and blend for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Layer gluten-free ladyfingers at the bottom of the dish. Drizzle some milk over them if desired.
- Spread half of the banana pudding cream mixture over the ladyfingers and drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
- Add another layer of ladyfingers, press gently, then spread the remaining cream mixture over them.
- Finish with a drizzle of the remaining caramel sauce over the top layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours or overnight to chill and set.
- Before serving, drizzle any remaining caramel sauce on top and garnish with fresh banana slices.

Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. To keep banana slices fresh, add them just before serving.
