Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then set aside in a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Toss in shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink, then add crab and season.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, ½ cup of Parmesan, heavy cream, and parsley. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, follow with a layer of noodles, half the cheese mixture, half the seafood, and another layer of sauce. Repeat.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles topped with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
