Preparation Steps
  1. Make the Cold Foam: In a jar, combine heavy cream, 1½ tablespoons of mango syrup, and whole milk. Froth for about 20–30 seconds until light and foamy.
  2. Prepare the Matcha: Heat 3 tablespoons of hot water to boiling, sift in 1½ teaspoons of pure matcha powder, and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Sweeten the Milk: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour in 1 cup of milk, and add 2 tablespoons of mango syrup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Combine: Pour the prepared matcha over the milk and ice mixture. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
  5. Finish with Cold Foam: Spoon the mango cold foam over the matcha layer and serve immediately.
