- Boil water until rolling. Place 2 tablespoons of dried butterfly pea flowers in a heatproof container and pour hot water over them. Steep for 5-7 minutes until the water turns vibrant blue. Strain and let cool.

- Pour in your milk and froth using a milk frother or shake in a sealed jar for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour cooled butterfly pea tea over ice until glass is half full. Slowly pour frothed milk over the tea.
