- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, shredded coconut, old-fashioned oats, ground flax seed, and brewer's yeast. Stir until uniform and sticky (about 2-3 minutes).
- Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat for all mixture, approximately 15-20 bites.
- Place formed balls on a lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer bites to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer preservation.
