Prepare the Glasses
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Dip the rims of two martini glasses into the melted chocolate, roll in crushed gingerbread cookies, and set aside.
Mix the Ingredients
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gingerbread vodka, half and half/cream, Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, and a pinch of ground ginger. Add ice and shake well.
Shake Well
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frothy and chilled.
Serve
- Strain cocktail into prepared glasses, filling them three-quarters full.
Garnish
- Top each martini with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
