  2. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and sweet paprika. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: Heat the skillet with olive oil and butter, cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Sauté Garlic and Shallots: In the same skillet, sauté the shallots and garlic for about 2 minutes until translucent.
  5. Deglaze the Pan: Add dry white wine, simmer and scrape up browned bits for 2 minutes.
