  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center is just set and the top has a slight crackle.
  8. Cool completely in the dish on a wire rack, then lift out using the parchment and slice into squares.
