Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Egg White Tortillas
  1. Begin by placing a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Allow it to warm up for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine your egg whites, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Blend on high for about 1 minute.
  3. Once your pan is heated and your mixture is ready, grease the surface with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Carefully pour about 1/3 to 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into the hot pan. Tilt the pan to spread evenly.
  5. Allow the tortilla to cook for 1-2 minutes until edges start to brown and center firms up.
  6. Flip the tortilla carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the opposite side.
  7. After cooking both sides, remove the tortilla from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
