  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Large marshmallows can be substituted, use 3/4 of a bag.
  • 1/4 cup Butter Margarine can be used as a dairy-free alternative.
  • 4 cups Chow Mein Noodles Can substitute with broken pretzel sticks or Rice Krispie cereal.
For the Filling
  • Candy (Jelly Beans, M&Ms, or Robin's Eggs) Customize with your favorite candies.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup of butter with 2 cups of mini marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and microwave again until melted.
  3. Stir in the 4 cups of Chow Mein noodles until they are well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Press spoonfuls of the mixture into the muffin pan to form nests, leaving an indentation for filling.
  5. Freeze the muffin pan for about 1 hour to firm up the nests.
  6. Carefully remove nests from the muffin pan and fill them with colorful candy.
