Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if making a homemade crust. Bake the pie crust for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, pudding mix, and milk. Blend on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
- In a separate bowl, mash together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Layer half of the peanut butter crumble in the bottom of the cooled pie crust, then pour the filling over it. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream and crushed peanuts.
