For the Peanut Butter Crumble
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter To create small nuggets
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if making a homemade crust. Bake the pie crust for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, pudding mix, and milk. Blend on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the peanut butter crumble in the bottom of the cooled pie crust, then pour the filling over it. Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream and crushed peanuts.
