  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute For sweetening the filling
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon Divided for filling and topping
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute For sprinkling on top
  • 2 tbsp Butter Used for frying

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, Swerve confectioner's sugar, and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread half of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, seam-side down, and place on a plate.
  4. Chill the rolled tortillas in the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm them up.
  5. Slice the chilled tortillas into bite-sized spirals, around 1 inch thick.
  6. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  7. Fry the bites in the skillet for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  8. Combine the remaining Swerve and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the warm bites.
  9. Serve warm as a dessert or appetizer for gatherings.
