Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Air Fryer Corn Dogs
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Stir frequently for around 5 minutes until the cheese melts completely and a cohesive dough forms. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Insert wooden sticks into each frankfurter pork sausage. Take a heaping tablespoon of the cooled dough, flatten it, and wrap it around each hot dog, ensuring it completely encases the sausage. Press firmly to seal the edges.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place the wrapped corn dogs in the basket and air fry for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the corn dogs from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with your choice of sugar-free ketchup or mustard.
