  • 1 large Egg For egg wash

  • 1 cup Salami Or any cured meat of your choice
  • 1 cup Grapes Can substitute with sliced apples or pears
  • 1 cup Blueberries Feel free to substitute with other berries
  • 1 cup Strawberries Quartered for presentation
  • 1 cup Blackberries Can replace with raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios Or walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage Use dried herbs at half the amount if fresh isn't available
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Use dried herbs at half the amount if fresh isn't available

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or air fryer to 325°F. Roll out the bread dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into ¼ inch wide strips.
  2. Mold aluminum foil into a loose cornucopia shape, allowing steam to escape for crispy texture.
  3. Lightly spray the foil shape with cooking spray and wrap the dough strips around it, overlapping slightly.
  4. Tuck the ends of the dough and brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
  5. Place cornucopias on wax paper and cook in air fryer for 6-7 minutes, or bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  6. After cooling slightly, fill the cups with chosen fillings and serve warm.
