Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Coat with non-stick baking spray.
- Divide the refrigerated pizza dough into four equal pieces and stretch each piece into rectangles measuring approximately 5x7 inches.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, chopped bacon, 1½ cups of Italian blended cheese, and 1 cup of Caesar dressing. Mix until fully combined.
- Spoon one-fourth of the chicken mixture onto one end of each dough rectangle and roll tightly from the filling end to the opposite edge, pinching the seams to seal.
- Place the rolled bakes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the tops.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Italian blended cheese over the tops of the bakes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden-brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice open and serve with extra dressing or a fresh salad.
