Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Coat with non-stick baking spray.
  2. Divide the refrigerated pizza dough into four equal pieces and stretch each piece into rectangles measuring approximately 5x7 inches.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, chopped bacon, 1½ cups of Italian blended cheese, and 1 cup of Caesar dressing. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Spoon one-fourth of the chicken mixture onto one end of each dough rectangle and roll tightly from the filling end to the opposite edge, pinching the seams to seal.
  5. Place the rolled bakes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the remaining Caesar dressing over the tops.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Italian blended cheese over the tops of the bakes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden-brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice open and serve with extra dressing or a fresh salad.
