Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, scoop in 1 cup of rolled oats and pour in 1 cup of your milk of choice. Add ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
- Carefully divide the mixture into two jars or bowls, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Place the covered jars in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, stir to combine, and top with additional chocolate chips or fruit before serving.
