- Once combined, let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes. With greased hands, scoop out small portions and shape them into balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 12 ounces of white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each rice ball in the chocolate.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle colorful holiday decorations over each treat.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
