  • 1 bunch Fresh Radishes Choose vibrant, firm radishes for best results.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Avocado oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tsp Salt Sea salt or kosher salt based on preference.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Replace with fresh minced garlic (2-3 cloves) for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper Add according to taste preference.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Dill, or Chives) Optional herbs for added flavor.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the fresh radishes thoroughly under cold water, pat dry, trim tops and tails, then slice each radish in half lengthwise. For larger radishes, quarter them.
  3. Combine the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper in a mixing bowl and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned radishes cut-side down in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Roast the radishes in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Toss them and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving warm.
