- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of whole milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Heat over low to medium-low, stirring occasionally until steam rises and tiny bubbles form, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt once steaming. Let flavors marry for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 6 ounces of chopped white chocolate. Whisk vigorously until fully melted. If needed, return to low heat for a minute.
- For a smooth texture, use an immersion blender for 10-15 seconds or blend in a traditional blender and return it.
