Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet.
  6. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let the salmon cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
